Personal Assessment

Zetic 4S questionnaire is designed to measure individual character traits, behavior patterns under stress. All questions are adapted to the business context and do not require special knowledge. The tool can be used for a variety of recruitment and development purposes. The report can become a basis for further in-depth development and coaching to increase personal efficiency, to strengthen business performance.

Our methodology allows to identify underlying mechanisms of business behavior and formulate specific improvement activities to strengthen business results. Assessment methodology is universally applicable across countries and cultures. The questionnaire considers different cultural norms and behavioral peculiarities.

Basic principle defines one's identity, self-assessment data is compared to market norms based on market statistics we have collected. The results of the questionnaire reveal the configuration of personality traits that influence work behavior, communication with others, efficiency and productivity in business. After completing the questionnaire, report is automatically delivered to participant.

The ZETIC 4S questionnaire contains 4 sections:

  • Section “Character” measures the basic personality traits and its influence of business behavior and performance.
  • Section “Stress management” reflects reactions on stress, actions taken by a person to cope with the new worries, adapt to tension and find a way out of a traumatic situation.
  • Section “Burnout” reflects factors that lead to burnout and burnout mechanism.
  • Section “Values” describes universal needs and life priorities of the individual that influence decisions and choices.
